Shipping & Handling

  1. When will my order ship?

    Orders are usually processed within 10- 12 business days (ie Monday – Friday). For orders within Bangalore, we process and ship orders within 5-7 days. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

    We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay promptly.

  2. Through what carrier do you ship?

    We use multiple carriers for orders and shipping is free for orders above Rs. 2000. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.

    You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. 

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    We are hopeful to start shipping worldwide very soon. For now we ship only within India. However, do drop us a mail at writetous@kairostrinkets.com, if you reside outside India and are interested in shopping from Kairos.

  4. Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?

    While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?

    No worries at all! We understand you may change your mind every now and then (with so many baubles around us, it happens to us all the time!) We are happy to offer a 7 day, no-questions-asked return policy (with store credit only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.

    The only exception is for personalized pieces or SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. The return shipping charges will be applicable and informed to you.

  2. Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?

    Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges. For any other concerns please email us at writetous@kairostrinkets.com

  3. I want something that's sold out! What should I do?

    Please drop us a mail with the product details and your contact details. If we're able to restock that item, you'll be sure to get a call from us!
